Normally you would use this phrase when admiring someone who is looking great (already fought , normally she would have makeup on) this term can be used to wake up your girlfriend in the morning and tell her “ilwa ntomboooo” when she is feeling down or drained or not up for the job interview, work, church, outing or whatever that may need her to look good.
