When you are consuming an alcoholic beverage while driving. This should always be done with a brown paper bag covering it(or something similar such as a t-shirt, or plastic bag, fast food bad etc.) so as to prevent the cops from noticing that what you are doing is illegal.

Hey, if you're going to ride and whistle on your way to the party you are going to need to take a paper bag to cover up that 40oz. of Colt45 so the cops don't see ya.
