a person whos personality is sweet and loving. rileys can also be outgoing and laid back. rileys dont like to be told what to do and like to do things their way. a riley will usually have an attitude towards anyone who gives them bullshit and usually gets pissed off easily. rileys have many friends but usually only one or two best friends who they can fully trust. a riley is a fun loving tomboy. rileys love to have fun and sometimes be center of attention.
