Love is the experience of oneness, of unity. When separation is unthinkable. Saying "I love you" means the divine/God in me sees the divine/God in you.
There are three different kinds of love:
-romantic love
-brotherly/family love
-universal love for all of humanity
You are capable of loving everyone. There are just different kinds of love, different ways of showing your love. Love is not quantifiable.

The energy of you, of life itself, is love.

All you need is love.
