Visually describes the shape and motion of an unfortunate young lady or many old lady's breasts, where the mass of the breast hangs nauseatingly low and the ideally round sides of the breast are strained, in an overall tear-drop shape.

Basically, the titty just looks like someone dropped an egg in a long-ass tube sock.
