Definition 1:
One who has tracked their feet in fecal matter.

Definition 2:

One who has significantly dirty feet from walking in a public place or public bathroom.

Definition 3:

One who metaphorically is always in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Example: Do you have the doo doo foot?

Example 1: Dude you got the doo doo foot!
Example 1a: Dude! something be stanky! You got da doo doo foot?!

Example 2: Holy SH*T, WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOUR FEET?! YOU GOT DA DOO DOO FOOT?!
Example 2a: Dude, I seen dat before. You got da doo doo foot.

Example 3: Don't mess with that guy, he be doo doo footin.
Example 3a: Don't go over there, they just be a bunch uh doo doo footers.
