Pan-generational

Pan-generational" also known as, "omnigenerational" The definition, an individual who does not associate or fit within their natural born generational time range, but who may have characteristics of multiple generations or none of them. For example, a generation X born between 1965 - 1980, who identifies and has work ethics more closely matching that of a millenial but may also identify as a baby boomer in their lifestyle outlook or intrinsic characteristics.
