chain pound

A fist pound in which one person gives the person next to him a pound, and that person gives a pound to the person on the other side of him, until the pound reaches it's intended person. Used in situations where the starter cannot see or make contact with the target, such as certain classes. Can often be used in place of an air pound, or vice versa.

In computer class, Lenny farted, so I got a chain pound going across the room to him.

1000 pound club

For ATHLETES, this refers to a three lift total of Back Squat, Bench Press, Power Clean. The Athletes 1000 pound club differs from the jag/naf/gym rat 1000 pound club, in that, it disregards Deadlift and uses Power Clean. Dead lift is not an athletic lift. Power Clean is an Olympic lift.

Dave: I am in the 1000 pound club.

Greg: How much do you Power Clean?
Dave: What is power clean?
Greg: You are weak and non-athletic.
Dave: You're right, I'm lame for using Deadlift max.
