a special kind of dance where you stand still and pretend to fall asleep. Normally associated with being very mouldy. Also a name that can be used to describe someone who likes recreational drugs and alcohol(originated in galway ireland)

It can be an answer to an annoying comment or remark. It's like saying "Okay you made your point... now let's cut the crap and end it-- period."
