Its never Lupus

Due to Lupus being one of those things where symptoms can mimic it and its correct in rare instances, its never medically accurate. Considering Lupus can be pretty dumb and pretty stubborn, it mimics other conditions since it is having an identity crisis, such as fatigue, joint pain, and rashes. Considering Lupus is basically having an identity crisis, it often mimics other diseases such as fibromyalgia, psoriasis, and eczema, a disease that is basically asking for attentions is the same one that gives doctors a hard time to distinguish it from the diseases its mimicking.
Guy 1: Doctor I'm having these intense pains on my joints, feeling tired all the time, and im having these rashes that never goes away. I searched online and it said it could be lupus but-
