typing of the dead

A spin-off version of the video game, House of the Dead. Instead of using the traditional gun to shoot zombies, you are to use a keyboard to help practice your WPM (words per minute).

This version removes most of the scary elements, and replaced it with humor. (The main characters carry a Dreamcast on their back). Zombies throw spatulas instead of axes.

Day of the Dead

Day of the dead is the Catholic, and generally Mexican(although its celebrated in most north and south american places) holiday celebrating All Souls Day, aka Halloween, aka the ancient Samhain.

It's celebrated with skulls, skeletons, candy, camping out in cemeteries, and amateur seances. It's every goth and emo kid's dream day. Also called Dia de los Muertos.

It is one kick ass holiday.

We're going to hang out in cemeteries and paint our faces like skeletons for Day of the Dead.

rise of the dads

15th century in ukraine when the Badads had complete control over the ukraine. ukrainians were tortured with snapping beside the head. some say that this was a signal for Emporer Badadio VII to kill another ukrainian hostage. others say that the ukrainians are just simply annoyed by this act. however, this is speculation, no one knows the true reason why the snapping occurred. today, to snap at a ukrainians head is the ultimate sign of disrespect.

all this continued for over a century until 1557 A.D. when Emporer Wedad IV of Egypt assembled an army to oust Badadio and his army of Badads. until this day the ukraine and Egypt are allies. a statue of Wedad IV stands in Kyiv today as a sign of thanfulness for the gratitude shown during the war.

Lawn of the dead

The, usally well-kept and grassy, are outside public schools, libaries, supermarkets and take-away joints unwillingly populated by dead-beat, thick-as-shit students kicking cans and smoking during weekends. Occurs mostly in dull, sparsely populated towns with no cinemas.

Reference to the cult-zombie movie Dawn of the dead.

Gimmie and his mates have made their own lawn of the dead outside Supa-value, next to the bins. I hear Chanele offered him a blowie if he bought her a packet of fags. Bloody 'scalp turned her down.

The Dead Boys

The Dead Boys were an early Punk Rock band out of Cleveland, Ohio. The Dead Boys were very influential on future Punk bands. They arrived in New York City in the late 1970's, and were a sensation at CBGB's. During their loud, fast, angry songs the lead singer would routinely cut himself up with a razor and bleed all over the stage.
