Neat one

Commonly used by people with a background in psychology, the term "taking a neat one" refers to the act of downing a shot of substance (typically a shot of semen) without any other substance that could potentially impede the solution.

Connor: I had two shots last night.
Amy: Neat ones or no?
Connor: Neat. Always neat.
Amy: I don't blame you - can't have anything obstructing the fluid.

Rapper from the northside of Jane and Finch. Brother of popular Driftwood rapper 21 Neat. Got killed in 2019 by fellow Driftwood rapper GD for starting beef with other blocks. Well known in the streets and in the music scene for his hit song “Filthy” which was originally at a million views before it was deleted.
