When someone is doing good at something or is in a frantic stituation and succeeding at it.

Can also describe something (as in an object) that is good, something that goes "hard".

1)Ex. "LeBron has already scored 26 points this game, he's spinning"

"I like what she's doing right now, she's spinning"

2)Ex. "This pizza is so good, it's spinning / it spins"
