Shorten for schizophrenia. It could be used to denote a person being paranoid for no reason, imagining stuff or similar, rather than clinical condition of real schizophrenia.

I don't know if that just my scizoid mind but I think I saw something.

I very serious mental illness. Usually the person with the illness will see walls having conversations with each other. There is no cure.

Anyone with the illness must commit suicide emediately.

I just found out i have scitzopsycosis, i better take a whole bottle of sleeping pills, and fall asleep in the bathtub.
