Commonly used to describe someone who goes by the name alex. The combination of the two root words Rat and Alex describes an Alex that looks and acts like a rat. This person may possess a scraggly haircut and beard that they wear confidently with old stained clothes. Often these people are auto rats that work on cars and take pride in this.
