Get the potsmug. a disease in which your autonomic nervous system doesn't function properly, and the result is an abnormal increase in heart rate when standing or exercising. pots can be debilitating, but at least its not as bad as some other diseases. problems associated with pots included chronic fatigue, not being able to get up early in the morning, nausea, chest pain, headaches, lightheadedness, dizzyness. there is no cure but you can help urself out a lot by exercising daily and taking vitamin/ herbal supplements and some prescription meds.

Get the potsmug. Pots are a decorative way to hold your plants. Terra cotta is often used to make pots but they are also often made from plastic, wood, stone, or sometimes biodegradable material.
