One who engages in political non-action. A person who filibusters during debates or public discussions to deter action from those who seek change, normally with regards to a political social hierarchy.

That plebiscite babbler always finds a convenient time to bring up nationality and distrusting the government when we're talking about reparations!

Plebism’s are word quips used by the Norse Demi-God known as Pleb.

Examples include phrases like; “Unfort” “I know right?” And using way to many haha’s in sentences to convey comedy.

Chris was really using alot of Plebisms this afternoon all he said was Unfort repeatedly.
