To constantly aggressively hurt or make fun of someone for a long period of time

Day 1: hey loser nice haircut did your 2 year old sister cut it

Day 2:hey you *smacks against locker* better watch your back

Day 3: kid says “your a bully” did you say something to me *bully punches kid in his face*

Goes on and on and on.

A bully is a closet homosexual who has no personality, no friends, no family, no life, etc. They think the only way to be cool is to inflict physical, verbal, and emotional pain on others in order to make themselves feel better.
