Portuguese word used in the portuguese island of Madeira to define people (male or female) from Câmara de Lobos (a parish in the west-central part of Madeira which name means "Chamber of the Wolves"). Normally the word "xavelha" is used with a negative connotation referring to those people as having an unpleasent behavior.
