Adjective which describes how an individual feels inside and appears on the outside to others. Examples would be physical stance, hair style, etc when a person is experiencing true, emotional well being caused by anything extremely fantastic. Observers can occasionally and intuitively, depending on the person, see someone who's Spandeco and know without having second thoughts.
