A prank that originated in 2006 with the unexpected appearance or audio of Rick Astley's 'Never gonna give you up'. It is mainly used by teenagers and some adults too(in the 21st century).

Dean- Hey, do you wanna see a cool video?
Mark- Dean, you suck at 'rickrolling' people, I don't wanna fucking see it.
Dean- It's not a fucking 'rickroll'!
Mark- Haha, nice try. You can't rickroll me!

A fat scrub who lives in his mother's basement and eats Doritos all day. Searches the internet and gives URLs to Rick Astley's "Never Going To Give You Up" on social media platforms. Once you have clicked the link, you have been rickrolled.

A popular "made you look" style game played within the World of Warcraft community forums through a humorous 80's music video by Rick Astley. Whenever a thread or topic goes sour or steers of topic or even just for fun, players will post the link to the music video and everyone who clicks to watch it, has been "rickroll'd".

The video is filled with bad 80's dancing, clothes and hairstyles.
