To nem (verb) is to complain or shout about something - usually about a petty or trivial reason.

A nem (noun) is like a rant where the above takes place.

“Can I come round to yours today?”
“Can’t sorry, mum’s nemming cos i forgot to take out the dishes”

Nemmed

To describe one's state of complete inability to function, usually after the consumption of not so legal substances (depending on where you're from).

Derived from the word nem meaning 'no' or 'not' in hungarian

EXAMPLE 1:
Simon: How many zoots did you smoke?
Isaac: Too many.... I have completely nemmed myself.

EXAMPLE 2:
Look at Simon, such a spaz he is totally nemmed.
