McFaded is when you're working at McDonald's Zooted off the ZaZa but getting shit done the right way. It can also mean that you have the Munchies from smoking too much Weed and you make your McFaded ass down to your local McDonald's and order yourself a bunch of food, not hungry you're just Stoned! Enjoy getting McFaded :)

I was so McFaded yesterday I had to order me 3 Big Macs, 3 Oreo McFlurry's, 60 Chicken Nuggets, 3 Large Coca Colas and a Large Fry with Extra Salt! Man them McFaded Munchies be hitting!!!

He shows interest in women's . He can be annoying some times but is a good hearted person and can't say no to a friend. His life is full of good and bad movement.
