A person who works in refineries and plants that isn’t worth a shit as an employee. A useless person that talks more shit than a politician.

1. A Lum is a guy from the Midwest usually of small stature 5’5” or below. Typically wears a handlebar mustache and brags about said mustache because it’s the biggest thing attached to his body (small phallic member)

2. A Lum can also be considered a Mexican that’s really not a Mexican but claims to be a Mexican while consuming Blue Moon and Budlight beers and overdosing on steroids in order to overcome his lack of Spanish speaking abilities and also lack of penis size.
