It's hard to give a definition of a personality based on names, so this one can, kinda, or cannot be true. Kate is a person who is fun to be around. They are incredibly funny. Some of its dry humor or just sarcastic remarks but it's hard not to laugh. She sometimes pretends to be crazy or clumsy just to get someone to laugh.
