Referring to the part of you that is working or on Lumon's severed floor. Referencing the incredible show "Severance" directed by Ben Stiller, created by Dan Erickson, starring Adam Scott. In the show severed workers get a voluntary medical procedure seperating their work (inside) memories from their personal memories.

Innie

Innie is a really beautiful, talented and the sweetest person you can ever meet. She will bring everyone lots of joy and she jus loves putting smiles on people’s faces. Innie is very shy at first, but once you meet her she’s a total crackhead. She likes to put people first and loves to make sure that everyone is okay. Innie is a good person to come to for advices and stuff like that. She loves to joke around a lot and acts really immature. But when you get to know her, you would not regret it.
