At first appears to be typo of idiot, which usually is the case.
But when placed at the end of the sentence(after dot for best effect), it turns combined statement and insult due to being "I do it" squeezed together.

Basically this is just an alteration of the word idiot, it originated from the A-Block gang who are based in Northampton, England...

From there the word spread throughout the whole of the urban scene in the UK.

"Dat bwoi's an idjat"

Translates to..

"That boy is an idiot"

A word to replace the term "Educated Idiot". Derived from the term Idjit, meaning idiot, this term would be used to describe one who might be brilliantly book smart but has the common sense of an ant.

This also might be used to describe one who has a degree but knows nothing about their field of work.
