A Cov-FIB (Covid19 fucking Illinois bastard) person or persons who come to visit the Nothern regions of the United States (like Wisconsin) during wake of the Covid19 pandemic and spread the virus towards Canada while utilizing fancy vehicles and boats.

I wish these Cov-Fibs didn't come to visit here in the wake of a worldwide pandemic while ruining Wisconsin at he same time.
