This is a term stemming from an Italian word. The original meaning has been completely lost. It is a name you can call someone when you want to tell them that they are a rat that lives in an AC vent, and thrives off of rotten mayonnaise.

Diche

A descriptive and exclamatory adjecive used to describe any person, situation, or thing which is by nature either exceedingly baller or unparalleled in clout.
Anything that is "diche" is characteristically massive in quantity, superior in quality, and masterful in delivery. On a scale from one to ten, "diche" actually converts from numbers to the letters O.G.

Dead Guy at the Perly Gates: "After I found the briefcase of money, just before my lawyer called me to tell me I won both my marital AND corporate lawsuits, I got run over by a city bus."

God: "God! that's so un-dicheful. Let him in."

Dichead

Commonly confused with "dickhead". Dichead can be used as an insult though technically it isn't meant as one. A dic head or urbanDictionaryhead is like a crack head. Someone who is hopelessly addicted to making definitions on urbandictionary.com

Examples include Bob, 4dimensional, Kung Fu Jesus, yobastank, etc. the list goes on and on. They make this place more interesting; If you're a dichead you know it.
