A chirp is basically when you alert some one on your Nextel,or Boost mobile, and when you press the talk button it makes a "beep beep" sound...

Gangsta 1 - "A yo, damn son...deez niggas dont know when to stop chirpin' me, when i got dis high muh-fuckin' bill goin' on up in dis peace..."

Gangsta 2 - "Yea, aiight...i hear dat, but stop bein' a lil' pussy and give me the phone...I gotta call mah baby's momma..."

Used like the word "yes", "agreed", or "ok".

Normally only used when the question asked can be answered with just one word.

Depending on the surrounding crowd, the word chirps can also be followed by nigga.

Matt: "Hey Allison! Did you have fun last night at Josh's house?!"
Allison: "Chirrrps."

Joey: "We finna get some Aca Taco??"
Hobie: "Chirps niggaaa."

a verb meaning to chirp or to turn on the car alarm on your vehicle by pressing your remote, when you panic when seeing a brown person or a black person in the parking lot for any reason whatsoever.
