Bach fast

Usually refers to the diet adopted by front of house staff at the Bach, in Scotland. Most of these poor souls go a whole shift with no break or food, resulting in a forced fast, the Bach fast. Individuals who partake in Bach fast are usually stunning, skinny and incredibly depressed

Customer: omg you look amazing!

Me: Wow thanks so much, it’s the Bach fast haha! What can I get you to drink or eat? Please leave I’m so hungry!
