Any persons belonging to the native or indigenous tribes of america that share similar dna, rna, haplogroups, and blood types with the Mongolians of Mongolia and other Asian countries.

A native or indigenous person according to the black law dictionary is any persons born in any country regardless of their origin. For example, an persons orgins could be Arabia but this individual may be born in America. This will classify this person as an native american regardless of orgin.

The mongo who lives on the reservation claims his orgin is American but his dna says he is from Mongolia.
