The act of taking charge and having the instinct to come first no matter what, even if you loose. The inability to accept that you've lost and having a superior attitude about it.

It is a derivative of the word initiality which is a derivative of the word initially.

Anna: Why do you always think that you'll come first?
Jason: I have trained myself to come first no matter what.
