A lotion hat is a festive hat that happens when a friend passes out after heavy drinking and a generous amount of lotion is applied on to the head. You may also substitue lotion with almost any thing else such as ketchup, mustard, any kind of salad dressing, pudding, mayonase, and or hot sauce. But remeber if ketchup is applied it is not a lotion hat it is a ketchup hat, mustard equals mustard hat, etc.
