Boomer Tech

Boomer Tech (boomer technology) are technological inventions created in the 20th century or older (usually electronics but not necessarily). Boomers still use these in the 21st century even though there are other and usually better ways to do the same thing. One example of this is email and vinyl records.

Zoomer 1: My grandfather still uses email to communicate with us.

Zoomer 2: That's kinda cringe bro. That shit is Boomer Tech. My grandfather uses WhatsApp.

virginia tech

I’m sorry but Virginia Tech is a sad excuse of a university. First of all you don’t take rankings from the 70’s and think that they are still relevant. Your prized engineering school isn’t even in the top 10 not to mention that it’s not even the best in the state that title would go to VCU. The Pamplin College of Business isn’t 41st in the nation like the Virginia Techs web site says, it not even close to the top 50. Yes Tech has a good football team but you are not a football school, for that you actually have to win the national title. Tech student are to dumb to get in UVA and must like the sausage fest not to go to JMU.
Oh and JMU has a better business school then you do. Virginia Tech needs to get off there high horse and start picking up its sh*t because that’s all a Virginia Tech alumni will ever amount to, the world needs ditch diggers. UVA is such a better school you cant even compare it to Virginia Tech.

Techie

A person who is an enthusiast that enjoys and loves Techno and Electronica...and in many cases house music as well. Many Techies would listen to Daft Punk, Deadmau5, Dubstep, Justice, Uffie, Skrillex, Benni Benassi, Fitz (MabyIt'sFitz) and more in that genre. Many do enjoy the usual ULTRA Music Festival, Electric Daisy, Electric Zoo, and many other festivals and concerts. A lot of these people (Techies) are fun loving, awesome, kickass people that know how to have a good time and have good taste in accenting any headgear, Helmets or "Heads" of the Dj's/ composers.

Person #1: "Hey are you going to ULTRA Music Fest.?"

Person #2: "No, I'm not a Techie, I hate that type of music."

Person#1:.... "THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU?! Techies are friggen awesome and the girls are hot dude."

Person #2: .... *Listens to Dubstep and Deadmau5* "I am sorry for the Blastfamy that I have said..."
