When you go out to eat, and upon returning to the place you left (work, home, etc.) you immediately must go to the bathroom.

My coworkers and I went to Taco Bell for lunch, and when we got back I had to do the Deyo Dash.

100 Meter Dash

A euphemism used to describe the obnoxiously fast way that a friend higher than Al Pacino on stimulants (usually amphetamine or methamphetamine) is walking ahead of you; legs fast arms slow, only a walk by definition, and at this point you have to mildly jog to keep up.
