You call someone text-dumb when they speak with you just fine IRL but they are abnormally mute while texting; hardly opening up at all. They have a difficult time expressing their thoughts in text.
Man, I talk to this one girl and I talk quite a lot about random things in college but whenever I text her it's like she can't speak at all! I think she is text-dumb.

When throwing the dumb punch, the assailant throws his/her arm so far back it is only inches from the ground.
