A form of graffiti that became popular in 1980s Los Santos when gangbangers wanted to mark territory. It later became more used as a way to “diss enemies”

A person being able to go into and out of a public unisex bathrooms, meeting another person (him her etc) at a private or public location, while exiting, holding hands, weird expressions on others faces at said location(s), they left happily.
I just saw this guy come out of the bathroom happy as could be, holding my friends hand . They were in there for 10 minutes, but I've never seen my friend smile that much that night . I assume my friend found tugguy. And got him/her tugguyed
