A noob (originated in the online gaming community) Is someone with little skill set, no game but talks as if they have game. An idiot. Newb is not the same as noob.

Noob has been used by gamers for over a decade now, originated from online pc gamers and now into the streets.

Someone who picks up a rocket launcher and sheild all day and thinks he is better than everyone else is a noob. Some one who talks big yet cannot deliver is a noob. While playing Halp PC "King" scored a killtakutlar on some poor unsuspecting NOOB! The noob still thought he was better...what a NOOB!!!
