A memorandum that's random and/or off topic. It doesn't contribute to anything and didn't give proper information. It could also be something very specific but ignored because others would think it's odd.

A person tells their friend "So I was at work today and I was checking the notes and what is this? Forget a memorandum, this is a memorandom! I'm not doing this." Their friend inquired, "Well what'd your boss say?" "He fired me. Must've been out of my mind, he said that 'anyone wearing green would have to change immediately or get dismissed.'" "Weird." the other said.
