This occurs when a person is so high on various substances such as heroine and pain killers that they begin to lean in a sleep-like state for different lengths of time and then continue what they were saying or doing as if no time had passed at all.

Last night i popped 3 vicodin and tried to watch Inception, I was so fucked up i was doing the fiend lean and missed half the movie!

When you denounce a friend, or group of friends after a serious falling out. More serious than a simple argument. Usually involves some sort of betrayal from an old friend. Often leads to a cleansing of people who you realized aren't really your friends.
