Mainly used by people who play NHL10 for the Xbox and is used when one buddy tells another buddy that he should FIGHT thus by saying Press the "Y" Button on the controller makes the Hockey Players in the video game FIGHT His friend will know it is time for no taking any crap and to beat the living shit out of whoever is bothering them.

At a crowded bar scene:
Buddy 1: Hey this guy keeps talking real loud at the table behind me and elbowing me without apologizing and it starting to piss me off
Buddy 2: Press the Y Button. Press it!
