an expression used to illustrate the fact that something or someone is either: 1) annoying you to the brink of emotional breakdown, 2) is testing your physical, mental, or emotional fortitude, or 3) just plain pissing you off.

I told Evan he was wearin' me out after begging me for 16 straight days for a Birmingham booty call.
