An expression used by those who have pride in the white race. Not necessarily a racist. It's the same concept as those who preach "Black Power."

Black guy: Black Power!
Crowd: Woohoo!
White guy: White Power!
Crowd: Racist!

verb.) An ignorant term used by ghetto acting/talking Black people who believe that just because you talk more properly and don't sound "ghetto" like them, you're automatically White. People like: Bill Cosby and Kanye West have talked about sounding White.
