Short friend

A short friend is a lovely person. They're cute and kind of talkative and have many friends. People thinks your short friend is cute because they can't reach and they're quite funny and loveable. They've probably been in a dark place before so they're either emotional or very sensitive or just neither. You take care of your short friend because some might be a pussy but some not really.
