Tall-less 

Being without the tall. This word can be used to describe anyone shorter than you, even if they're 9ft tall. Only if they're shorter than you

Person 1 looks at person 2
Person 2 is 1 cm shorter
Person 1 in their head: Damn, that person is tall-less
