A point to where a person's tapeline is so messed up it can be anywhere ,hinting to the first part of The Reading Rainbow theme song " I CAN GO ANYWHERE....."

People who dye their tapeline like the colors on a rainbow , Usually on accident.

Also known as "speechreading", lip reading is a communication technique of understanding speech by watching a person's lip movements, facial expressions, and gestures, which can be enhanced by any residual hearing. It's a skill used by many people with hearing loss but also by the general public in noisy environments to aid comprehension. During the lecture, I noticed she was lip reading to keep up with the professor, especially when the classroom got really loud.
