Petey Pablos is a cocktail primarily consisting of jalapeño, grapefruit, lime, and tequilla. Developed during the American Prohibition Era in Greenville, Kentucky. This cocktail became popular in Muhlenburg County due to the abundance of grapefruits, lime trees, and access to an abundance of silver tequila.
