Flex Officer

A little bitch of a CO that is constantly found underneath the desks of his/her superiors.

The Flex Officer gets to Flex on all the other Correctional Officers because he/she "knows" that they are better than everyone.

The Flex Officer can get away with almost anything.... Depending on how long they can hold their breath underneath that desk, and depending on how much they cry "unfair"

Being a Flex Officer you will usually only have to do half of the job he/she is suppose to do, and must expect applause from everyone.

Their superiors usually consist of a Daddy Captain, Mommie Lieutenant, or Uncle Lieutenant.

Hey CO, why are you staying late?

Flex Officer said it was unfair for him to be mandated, so Daddy Captain said he is not allowed to be mandated.

sick flex

"sick flex" is a reference to two pop culture points of interest. "sick" refers to the mid charting hit "Down with the Sickness" by Disturbed that broke the Billboard top 20 in 2007. "flex" is an homage to the late Billy Mays due to his relentless pontificating on the water-resistant properties of the made-for-tv product Flex-Seal. In essence, you are both down and sticky, a condition we refer to as "Peter Northed".
