A ms bacinskas is when a teacher makes you do a mandatory project for a huge portion of your grade but forgets about it and makes it extra credit

"God damn it, my math teacher pulled a Ms. Bacinskas. She told us the project was due in two days so everyone worked on it all night."

"She told us today that it was extra credit."
"Damn, that's a Ms. Bacinskas right there."
